The workshop explores the relationship between the acting process, improvisation and mental health. Through a series of practical exercises, participants develop awareness of their own emotions, empathy towards others, and the ability to express themselves on stage through improvisation. The work is based on physical and emotional exercises, individual and group improvisations, and the collective creation of short stage situations.

During the three-day workshop, participants will gradually develop improvised scenes inspired by personal and social themes, which will be presented to the audience at the end of the workshop. Special emphasis is placed on listening to one another, supporting each other in the creative process, and developing sensitivity towards colleagues within artistic and educational environments.

The workshop encourages emotional honesty on stage, creative freedom, collective creation, and develops improvisational skills while fostering an understanding of psychological themes through theatrical work. To participate, attendees are encouraged to bring openness, patience and the childlike joy of play.
