  • Od pokreta do prisutnosti: istraživanje scenske izloženosti / From Movement to Presence: Exploring Stage Exposure

Istraživat ćemo gdje nastaje napetost, gdje nesigurnost, a gdje prostor slobode i autentičnosti.

U svom desetogodišnjem radu s djecom i mladima posebnu pažnju posvećuje razvijanju kreativnosti, emocionalne inteligencije i izražavanja kroz pokret, igru i humor.

U svom radu spaja umjetnost, znanost i terapiju, istražujući povezanost humora i neuroznanosti te utjecaj smijeha i pokreta na emocionalno i fizičko zdravlje.

    ENG

A workshop that, through dance and movement therapy, explores stage exposure, ensemble safety, and the actor’s ability to establish a living connection with the audience. This workshop invites acting students to explore their own inner space through the principles of dance and movement therapy. Starting from the body as the primary artistic instrument, participants will use movement to become aware of their relationship to their own emotions, space, time, and their partner on stage.

In the first part of the workshop, through guided exercises, improvisation, and the exploration of stage exposure, we will work on recognising the bodily and emotional reactions that arise when we are seen and present on stage. We will explore where tension arises, where insecurity appears, and where there is space for freedom and authenticity. The focus will be on developing trust in one’s own body, but also on building a safe ensemble – a space in which the actor can be present, supported, and free in their stage expression.

In the second part of the workshop, we will introduce tools from the clown approach and elements of humour as support for the process. Through play, improvisation, and mutual interaction, we will explore how to accept and even enjoy stage exposure, and how to develop a living and authentic communication from that place. Special emphasis will be placed on developing a sense of connection and transfer with the audience, where humour becomes a bridge between performer and spectator. The workshop opens space for a deeper understanding of the body as a fundamental source of creativity, presence, and stage truth.
